Wooooow. Everybody has been amazing! We have already reached our goal with a lot of time to spare, but we are definitely going to keep pushing. In truth, making an album from start to finish costs significantly more than our goal, which we set in place in the hopes that we would get help with a portion of the process (pressing and publicity, to be specific). You guys have been shockingly generous, and we hope you will continue to be generous until the project ends on November 14th! Tonight we’ll be playing our first show in Washington, DC in roughly a YEAR. That is an awfully long time and we’re super super excited to be coming back, particularly because the bill we’re joining is amazing. We’re appearing sandwiched between Casper Bangs and Deleted Scenes, both of whom are great. Show is at the Black Cat Backstage, $8, doors at 9. It’s going to be a wonderful night, and we’re looking forward to seeing all of you there!

And just a reminder, this coming Monday is the final show in our Piano’s Residency. So far we’ve had an awesome time, come help us finish it off with a bang! More about that soon. For now, it’s time to hop in the van. Hooray!
