A very happy fourth of July to all of those who love freedom…or at least fireworks and hot dogs.

We have new shows coming up! the good folks at INSOUND asked us to play their pre-Siren Fest partay at Union Pool, and we’ve got a huge Mercury Lounge show toward the end of the month. Tell your friends. Tell their friends. Tell your enemies too.

We’ve also got a big surprise lined up for you next week. It involves over 75 laborers, 3,000 feet of high-tension cable, and an aging moose with a death wish. This has absolutely nothing to do with our band.

After almost two months of fasting, meditation, and editing through telepathy, the 5 minute long music video for “All My Friends” is days away from knocking at your door and thoroughly kicking your ass.

OhMyRockness and Insound have had some nice things to say about us in the past couple of weeks (Check out our press section) and has invited us to play their unofficial Siren fest opening show at Union Pool in July. We like them a lot.

Other than that we’ve been holed up eating banana, fluffer-nutter, bacon sandwiches and working on some new songs to unleash this summer.

Oh, and we’re working on setting up shows at some summer camps in Maine. That’s our demographic, all girl camps.

Bones also got a haircut.
